So, I was going to bottle the wine in January. Now it is April and the wine is still in the carboy. It's supposed to age a year, so what's the rush?
My beer, Tart Cherry Stout, was well received at the homebrew club meeting, so that's a plus. Maybe I'll enter it in a competition.
I have two more mixes ready to go, but I don't have enough bottles. I better start drinking the old stuff now!
